If you do so, you submit such ideas and suggestions as public and non-proprietary material. Point2 will not be responsible for any claims of ownership of intellectual property with respect to such ideas or suggestions.

Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Point2 makes no warranties or conditions, express or implied, with respect to any products or services made available through this site. Specifically, Point2 disclaims any implied warranty of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In no event will Point2 be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including negligence, arising out of or in connection with this site and the use thereof. Point2's liability to you or any third party in any circumstance is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount of fees you pay to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability; and (b) $100.00 (CDN).
